3. Services and Estimates All estimates provided by M. Carlson Painting are based on the visual inspection of the property and the scope of work discussed. Estimates are valid for a limited time as specified on the proposal. Any changes to the scope of work requested by the client after the project begins will require a change order and may incur additional costs.

4. Limitation of Liability In no event shall M. Carlson Painting, nor its directors, employees, or contractors, be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in any way related to your use of this website or the services provided, beyond the scope of our standard commercial liability insurance.
